Cancellation Policy

Hair & Company has always asked for at least 24 hours when canceling/rescheduling appointments.

Although we understand emergencies arise, most of our clients honor our time and this policy.

As a result we have made the following changes:

NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the missed appointment before booking another appointment.

Failure to reschedule an appointment 24 hours prior will result in being charged 50% of the appointment before rebooking.

Hair & Company hopes that our guests understand that our time, like yours, is valuable

with too many no shows and reschedules our business suffers.
